Reality Check.....

Okay, I'm a bit P-Oed at this time. Because people think they know all about something when they don't even have a clue. Heres what I mean, theres a lot of Hitler sympathizers in this school. And they only like him because of SOME of the things he's done. They don't know what all he has done. So I gave them a reality check.

I told them that Hitler, Moussalini, Stalin, an all those other guys are equally as bad and that they just jump on the Jew- Hating bandwagon. Hitler's done more than just killed them. He burned them, did experiments on them, had his soldiers rape, vandalize, and destroy live cities. He's even killed babies. And theres a picture on Wikipedia that showed some of these events happening.

How could someone do this? Kill people just because of their religion? Cause total and complete Genocide just because that person doesn't have blong hair and blue eyes? I tell you, it makes me sick. I mean, hating a person is one thing, but almost annialating a whole religion? That's almost blasphemy.

Yesterday Was my Birfday!!!!

You ever hear that saying "Another year older, another year wiser"? I wish that saying came into relevence of me.Just because I'm 17 doesn't mean I'm any different. I've got no money, no job, and I still live with my parents. I just feel useless sometimes. But yet I have freedomes at my home. Like my freedom to go where I please as long as I'm home by curfiew (Which I have no idea what that or when that is.) And I also have the right to a free flow living enviroment. Otherwise in plainer terms, my room is a mess and I like it that way. So I guess my birthday was just another day of the life of me.

Coachella not looking too good here.

Well, I dont think Coachella is gonna happen for me. It's just simply gonna be too hard for me to fly to California, Watch a concert for two days, and fly back here before school comes on that following Monday. And the money, wow, you guys have any idea how money of mine is involved here? Anyway, even if I don't see the concert in person, I'll still get to watch it on TV. And that's pretty cool. And then te DVD will come out and I can just buy it. AND I can sell those tickets and buy me concert tickets closer here.

Marijuana, Drug or Not?

Marijuana, Is it bad or not? Over the years people are starting to think that it isnt. Now I have reletives that are part of this thing called the Cannibus Legalization Organization. Or CLO for short. And so are my parents. People have smoking marijuana since before the police ever had issues with it. As long as you smoke "Responsibly" Then everything should be alright. Marijuana should be like alcohol. Except for the simple fact that it doesnt hurt you. It just makes you feel light headed. AND it cures eating disorders (lol). And marijuana doesnt inpair your vision either. And another thing, has anyone seen anything in the news about anyone getting killed by a "High" driver? Not that I've seen. So, all in all, I think marijuana should be legal. 10 bucks say's that half the adults and young adults lit up a joint before work or school this morning.

Guitar Legends

I got this cool magazine called Guitar Heroes. It's pretty cool. It's where all these famous Guitarists like Jack White (White Stripes), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), and Toni Iommy (Black Sabbath) meet. But there was this one dude who I've always wanted to meet. Pete Townsend. He's the guitarist from The Who. And if if you don't know the Who then you need to go back to Rock & Roll school because he's prectically God when it comes to rock. But I liked his past because you wouldn't think that a guy like him would end up in in a band. He was a carpet cleaner. Isn't that awesome? What do you all think about Pete? Do you like him? And if so, what is youre favourite the Who song? (Mine is Baba O Riely)

Awesome Day

Yesterday was an awesome day. After school, I went down into the Meadows to chill, but the weather had me feeling low. So I left to do some thinking. Later on that day, my dude Louie comes over. We start drawing ideas for a poster for our band. Then our friend Dwayne (who practically lives with us) stops by. And he draws the perfect poster. And since we need a bassist, we put an ad on that poster and we've brought it in. Louie's gonna copy the posters and were distributing then all over the school. Were gonna rock. Oh and also I just found the perfect drummer and Lead Guitarist. Jay wants to be the bassist so if the new guy comes, we wont need the ads. But that poster is gonna be our bands sign and our first album cover. And I've found the perfect name for the band. It's called "Jackhammer". What do you think?

Bad Hair Day

Okay, So I wake up yesterday with a splitting headache. I felt like I got hit by a train or something. What did I do? I went downstairs, there's people I don't even know sleeping on the floor, on the chair, on the coach, even on the kitchen tables. I go in the bathroom to douse my face in cold water. And I looked in the mirror. Almost every hair on my head was standing up. And thats some long hair. Isn't that crazy? I still don't know what happened that night and I'm not sure if I wanna. So, onto another subject, people tell me that I should cut my hair because long hair aint for dudes. But I'm not an average dude. I tend to stand out sometimes and my hair is what makes me different. If I cut it then I would be just like everyone else. I mean, theres two things I can berely turn on, Computers & women (lol, Quote from Mik Foley) but I do know how to make a standing Ovation.

My Beliefs are My Beliefs.

Okay, I just have to sat this. Someone blew up in my face the other day because of my political beliefs. Now its not that I hate America. That's what everyone thinks. Its that I don't like our stage that were in right about now. Like, my beliefs are very Left sided. (Revalutionary.) Which means that I think that we need radical change. I feel that I have just about no say in our government. Sure we get to elect our representatives, but does that mean that they'll win? And what if that representative is doing things that the people don't like? A man called Tom Morello said this "America touts itself as the land of the free, but the number one freedom that you and I have is the freedom to enter into a subservient role in the workplace. Once you exercise this freedom you've lost all control over what you do, what is produced, and how it is produced. And in the end, the product doesn't belong to you. The only way you can avoid bosses and jobs is if you don't care about making a living. Which leads to the second freedom: the freedom to starve." I think these are strong words. And represents what I think about things now.

But I don't hate America. As I said before. We do have freedoms that no one else has. And there were some good people that brought those freedoms about. I just wish those people were still around today.Tell me what you think about our country. Tell me if you agree or disgree. Tell me your beliefs.

Reletively Calm....kinda

So I've been getting settled in. But now I've got a cold. Which sucks. The bands been doing some new stuff. Including some cover songs. Like, were doing one from Creedence Clearwater Revival. Its called "Fortunate Son." Maybe you've heard of it. Were doing a cover song from Black Sabbath. Its a ballad song called "Changes." I think were gonna get really good here in the next few months.

Yesterday we all took our equipment and put it in J's (he's the lead guitarist) garage, put our amps on full blast and just blared out music. It was awesome.

Heavy Metal

Okay, this is the story about the risa and fall of aHeavy Metal. Put into shorter terms.

Heavy Metal emerged on the 80's. With metal bands pioneering the billboards, it was hard to not get into it. Bands like QUiot Riot, Queen, Twisted Sister, MEtallica, and Motley Crue Ruled this age. Metal rocked out the charts for over a decade. Metallica ruling over the U.S. But metal had died out in about 95'. All the bands that rocked seemed to have died out and have became history. Only a couple bands keep the genre alive. So in the end, Metal was born to die. It was never gonna stay alive forever. What do you people think about it? Do you agree?

How To Save A Life

I've now got this really awesome song in my head. Its called "How To Save A Life" by The Fray. I think it's a really great song. And the music video is also very awesome. I love that kind of music too. Like, I listen to the band called Coldplay. They're one of my favourite bands of like, all time. I went to see one of they're shows over the summer. I had the forth row seat! I could feel the ground shake when they played one of their songs called "Speed of Sound." The drumming literally shook the ground. It was one of my most greatest moments of my life. What do you guys think about Coldplay? Or any of that kind of music?

Types of music

There are many kinds of music out there. And if youre like me, you like all those kinds. Like for instance, I'm mostly about Punk rock, Old rock, and the newe stuff. I love it. But I also like all the oter kinds too. Even though I like Rock and Roll, I grew up listening to people like Hank WIlliams, Georgia Sattellites, and Confederate Railroad. Also bands like Quiet Riot, Uriah Heep, Led Zeppelin, The WHo, The Doors, and all kinds of other good bands as well. And then there's rap, now I like some of rap. Like Nas, Ludacris, and Dr. Dre. And here also was new type of music that came to hit us all in 90, It was a mix of Funk (Funk Core), Rap (Rap Core), and Rock (Metal). And the band that dominated this was Rage. Rage was one of the most greatest metal core bands in the world in that time. Not just because the were very good, but they also put their left wing political beliefs into rhymes and melodies. This good charecteristic is what made them famous. What do you think about political rock? What your type of music? What is your favourite band or singer?

Reunization!!

"Breaking news, Breaking news" It is officially in! Rage Against The Machine is reuniting! This is possibly one of the greatest things to happen to me. And for any other fan of the band. Home Schooling

More mothers are homeschooling their kids. Why? I do not know. But I can maybe tell you some reasons as to why. One: Because maybe the schools are too hard for them. Two: Maybe the teachers are too hard on them. And three: Bullying. The bigest one. Many kids are harrassed everyday of the schoool year. Like for instance, My sisters boyfriend, Richie, dropped out of school and is now being homeschooled because he was bullied. But that was a few years ago. Now he's my age and is already a mechanic and is really buff. So now he can go back to school if he want and he can see what those bully's are gonna do now. What do you guys think about this whole shpeal? I hope to hear from some of you.

Who i am

I used to RandomHero on this site but I forgot my password. So I just made a new file. So here we go:

Yo! My name is Robert R. Reber. I am a political activist. I love political rock. Mostly Rage Against The Machine. They're my favourite band. I also play in a political rock band. Called Sleep now in the fire. (Named after my favourite song.) I play guitar and vocals in the band. But not vocals all the time.

"The postman's curriculum, I'll put my fist in em'! Eurcocentric every last on of em'! See right through the red, white, and blue disguise! Seeing right through the infrastructure of lies!"

-Zack de la Rocha of "Rage Against The Machine"
